Lenders - Walking - Away - From - Foreclosures

Very interesting article appeared in the the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel dated Tuesday July 14, 2009.  It appears that lenders/lending institutions may have begun to take a different view regarding foreclosures.

Again, to restate what was said in a previous Blaine Area Blog, when you are considering a short sale, foreclosure, or deed in lieu, the first person(s) you should contact are your lender and or an attorney.

Getting in contact with either one or both the lender and an attorney is the 1st course of action you should take when considering a short sale or foreclosure on your property.

Not getting in contact or having no communication with your lender or attorney is the wrong course of action to take.

Communication is key!
