I'm a little late getting the most recent (weekly) ratios updated and uploaded.
However, they have been updated. Recent ratios show that we are in full stride for the spring increase in business...and for buyers moving forward and making a contract on homes that have viewed and decided to make offers on.
The lower intersest rates, the $8,000 tax credit and large selection of homes on the market have given buyers choices that we haven't seen in a long time.
